Obviously the COVID-19 situation is impacting the way we operate but with modern technology we are able to carry on with minimal disruption. All members of the team are set up to work either from home or in the office in Wilton so that we can follow the Government Guidance and have a limit of 2 people working in the office on any one day. Unfortunately, we cannot have members of the public in the office at the moment so please don’t drop in without making an appointment first.
Using the wonders of VOIP technology, you are able to contact us using the main office number of 01722 580059. However, we would quite like to see your smiling face so you can also contact us using Skype, WhatsApp, or Zoom – whichever you prefer!
The Government guidelines have now been updated and we are trying to limit the number of physical viewings until the property is vacant and unoccupied. However, you can view a virtual tour of any properties we have available to rent. Here is a link to The Stables in Netheravon to give you an example of how a virtual tour works. Simply click on the green dots to go from one area or room to another. If you want any more information you can always give us a ring and arrange a virtual viewing using WhatsApp, Skype or Zoom where we can walk round the property and answer any questions you may have.
We can still do a rental valuation on your property. Everything we would normally do at the property, we can do virtually using WhatsApp, Skype or Zoom and if the property is empty, we can visit in person. In many ways, this is so much more convenient and we can arrange a call at any time to suit you.
Routine Maintenance Inspections
The Government guidelines prevent anything but essential maintenance being carried out and we are not permitted to visit tenanted properties. Currently, all routine maintenance inspections are being carried out using WhatsApp, Skype or Zoom and any maintenance issues are being logged for attention once lock-down is over.
